Hello, hello! Haven't reported back in a while. This weekend we're taking another trip... this time to Northern Ireland! We'll be spending some days in Belfast and the such. I'm excited to see this other part of the isle. Will write again about adventures upon return (and maybe even before that, write about my awesome night the other night at the Edward Sharpe show I attended!!).

What a great opportunity you have. I visited Erie about 3 years ago and stayed for a while in the seaside village of Bray in County Wicklow, just down the M11 from Dublin. I attended a concert and DVD taping at Powerscourt House --a beautiful old estate with gardens and even a golfcourse. Your mom advised me to drink a Guinness at tap temperature, which I tried, but that's not for me.
ReplyDeleteIf you get a chance to attend St. Patricks in Dublin do so. I'm not Catholic but was able to attend with some locals- what a feeling to be in that Godly place that is about 800 years old.
